Kris Schlembach
Kris Schlembach is a seasoned professional in both the construction and design industries. Kris' journey began in the construction world under the mentorship of his father, where he learned not only the technical aspects of the trade but also life lessons that shaped his approach to both business and relationships.
Kris’ background spans a unique blend of experiences. After earning his degree in Finance from Drexel University, he worked in high-stakes environments on Wall Street, including as a mortgage underwriter and a market maker. But after the events of 9/11, Kris returned to his roots in construction, where he has since made a lasting impact, growing his business through strong customer relationships and even branching into manufacturing to drive cost reductions and new business opportunities.
